Affiliations

  • I take care of my mother, who is a disabled individual, on a schedule. I help her with finances and her daily life when she has no one else to.
  • I manage that while doing different volunteer works and activities like babysitting, dog walking, hanging out, and being a listening ear for disabled people, putting a smile on their face.
  • I also volunteered since I was in elementary school with special needs kids because I myself have a brother who is nonverbal and has special needs. Having this personal experience with my brother helped me better understand how to better help and understand people who are "different." It also built my personality to accept everyone is human, no matter who they are. Diversity became important to me because I wished to see the same level of compassion of myself in other so I strived to show it more often than not
