Dear Hiring Team,
I’ve always believed that people may forget what they ordered, but they’ll never forget the way they were treated. That’s why hospitality has never felt like simply a job to me—it’s the way I connect with people.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work in professions centered around creating meaningful experiences. As both a server and a licensed esthetician, I’ve learned that while the services themselves are different, the purpose remains the same: to anticipate needs before they’re spoken, pay attention to the details others might overlook, and create an environment where every guest feels genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and valued.
Those experiences have shaped the way I approach every interaction. To me, true hospitality isn’t measured by how many tables you can manage or how quickly you can deliver a meal. It’s reflected in the moments guests don’t have to ask for something because you’ve already noticed, in the conversations that feel genuine rather than rehearsed, and in the lasting impression they carry with them long after they’ve left.
As I continue my esthetics business—an experience that has strengthened my professionalism, deepened my appreciation for personalized service, and reinforced the importance of representing every brand I’m a part of with pride and intention. I’m intentionally seeking a restaurant whose standards challenge me to grow and whose commitment to hospitality mirrors my own.
I bring composure in fast-paced environments, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to build authentic connections with people from all walks of life. More importantly, I bring the belief that every guest interaction reflects the restaurant itself.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you, learn more about your vision for The Peacock, and show you the level of hospitality and professionalism I would bring to your opening team.
Warmly,
Trinity W.
