  • Control, with 100% accountability, all pre and post flight inspections that determine airworthiness for 26 aircraft completing over 3,000 flights annually.
  • Improved Quality of Life programs by creating a modular shift workflow design, restructuring 24/7 operations resulting in 4 shifts and a true 8- hour duty day (previously 10+ hours daily) for personnel.

Sheppard Air Force Base, SENIOR OPERATIONS & PERSONNEL MANAGER


  • Selected as Senior Leader to lead a training detachment of personnel at Tyndall Air Force Base post Hurricane Michael. Developed a team, created a plan to relocate training to a new location, and formulated a long-range strategy that was adopted by the Secretary of the Air Force. Ensured provision of a specific training required for all crew chiefs on the F-22 aircraft.

  • Directed deployed and home station maintenance operations for 11 F-16s /229 engines worth $435M.
  • Saved $1M in costs by resourcing, coordinating, and procuring replacement part/aircraft, salvaging 400 assets worth $900K from deactivated F-16s.
  • Strategized, determined, prioritized, scheduled, and balanced requirements while managing a robust travel schedule for 90 people traveling weekly from March-November to 30 different locations.
  • Awarded Medal for 'Outstanding Courage' as 1 of 2 personnel on the scene of an aircraft mishap where an F-16 was flipped upside down with 2 people trapped inside. There are no lifting points on the F-16 from the bottom and aircraft was full of hazardous chemicals and fuel. Directed rescue efforts and ensured the equipment/fuel/hazardous chemicals did not cause further damage.

  • Orchestrated critical medical evacuation mission by coordinating with 3 military installations and Navy medics. Rapid action enabled critical surgery for personnel.
