- Started in the industry as at 17 years old, from part time to full time learning all of the basics of prepping, taping & bagging for paint, mixing paint, sanding, etc, I got a good understanding of.
- From there I started working at Gerber at 19 and joined the (TDP) Technical development program and got all of my iCAR classes knocked out, along with the certifications for Tesla
- Body panel/QTR replacements
- Maintaining shop inventory according to set standards and rectified discrepancies.
- Inspected new parts and areas of repair to verify correctness and quality.
- Created and reviewed work orders detailing required repairs per shop and manufacturer guidelines.
