With over 10 years of experience with children, it’s my goal to make the learning experience to be fun and educative for the child. To give the child a wholesome environment to nurture and flourish to his / her maximum potential.

I am experienced, I provide instructional support to students with special needs .I utilize effective communication and collaborative skills to foster supportive learning environment. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and individualized education plans help me get the best out of any child.

• Anxiety- Disorders, and Therapies 2002 Anxiety- Disorders, and Therapies is an attempt to understand anxiety and its therapies. It explains the types, the causes, and ways to help reduce anxiety. This paper was submitted as part of my Master of Philosophy Degree in Education.

Students of the University of Calcutta in the Context of Final Teaching Practical Examination 2003 A study of state anxiety of the B.Ed. students at the University of Calcutta in the Context of final teaching practical examination. This dissertation was submitted to the University of Calcutta in partial fulfillment of the requirements of Master of Philosophy in Education.
