My current Job supports excellence in food preparation and delivery. Liaises between patrons and kitchen staff members to maintain guest satisfaction by quickly addressing individual preferences. Combines strong work ethic and superb attention to accuracy in food presentation and service. Since it is a smaller franchise and I have worked there or so long it has lead me to a position where I see and understand the cause and affects of small things running behind or forgetting stuff. I got hired on as an opener. I've been a consecutive opener 2 to 3 days a week. I have to be there at 5:30 am. I also work 2 to 3 closing shifts a week giving me the perspective of what openers need to do to set up the closing crew for success and what the closers need to do to set up the opener for success. What comes with working alone in the mornings are lots of unpredictable issues, orders, along with amazing time management skills and thinking ahead to best set up myself and my fellow crew members. I am someone my coworker know they can rely on if they have a family emergency and need someone to cover there shift, if someone calls out while I'm scheduled there is no doubt we still won't get everything done when I am there.
