I also work as a Youth pastor as part of my degree, and have involvement with my community. This along with my schooling assists with getting to know people, build relationships and sympathize more.


As a Credit union rep I have been able to meet my goals each year. I continue to meet these goals as well as doing my best to accumulate new knowledge and responsibilities in my workplace. I have take over some of the audits at the branch, and I have lead huddles and also came alongside fellow employees to assist and help. I believe that I develop better when I am challenged and have a goal. And this helps with my development as a rep and person.
