• 2.5-3.5hrs./day (2 morning practices/week additionally); 6 days/week; 2 meets/week (3-4 hrs./meet) during winter
• Identify and recruit new swim team members.
• Organize and supervise weekly workouts at the high school and plannet fitness.
• Host swim team barbecue and pasta parties
• Team bottle and can drive
• Initiate and collaborate with President of The Logan Murphy Mengold Foundation, created to honor the memory of swimmer Logan Mengold. Arranged for the swim team to assist with fundraising efforts at Logan's Lawn Olympics.

• Year round competitive swim team. Devoted a minimum of 20 hours a week of perfecting swim technique, physical conditioning and strength training.

Torrington Summer League (10)

• 12 basketball games in June/July 2022.
• Created a team with friends.
• Competed against other high school teams.

Southbury Food Bank Project

• Requested a $450 grant from Sacred Heart Church in which I used this grant to provide pool passes to member's of the summer lunch program at the food bank, at my local town pool which I life guarded at. Benefited over 50 children. My idea was so well received that I garnered an extra $2100 dollars from the church for the food bank. Feautured in local news article and will be an aunal donation from the towns park and rec.

Summer Lunch Program

• A volunteer for the summer lunch program since I was 10 years old. Helped prepare lunches for kids in need at the beginning of every week for the entire summer.

Panera Pickup

• Once a month for 4 years, I would pickup the extra food from the Panera Bread in my town and bring it to the food bank for the residents to enjoy.
