Work shifts as a lifeguard and follow the expectations of the position.

Perform guard shift scheduling and resolve employee call-offs.

Maintain constant surveillance and visually scan assigned areas of responsibility. Walk the area to monitor activities, provide instructions, and prevent accidents.

Provide general information on pool operations to members and enforce pool rules and regulations.

Respond to all illness and injury incidents, including bug bites and minor first aid.

Inspect facilities regularly and report any unsafe conditions/equipment to the facilities manager.

Host and maintain swim parties and holiday events.

Collaborated closely with team to identify issues and quickest methods for remediation.

Subsequently, in April 2022, I transitioned into the position of maintenance employee within the same establishment. Said maintenance includes cleaning bathrooms, adjusting chemical levels in the pools, and basic cleaning up around the facility.
