Job duties include answering incoming calls and resolving customer needs while following appropriate protocol on designated accounts. These might include, but not limited to, requesting and verifying the caller's information on behalf of medical offices, hospitals, mental health facilities, HVAC and electrical service companies, water companies, funeral homes, lawyer's offices, IT support companies, apartment complexes and much more while providing excellent customer service to callers and complying with HIPAA regulations.
