Participates in on site surveys by state and federal surveyors. Makes cost effective recommendations for improvements, monitors and controls expenses for dialysis equipment. Provides training to dialysis teammates on new policies and procedures and any machine related updates.
Receives patient's pre and post weight, and vital signs. Initiates dialysis treatment via approved accesses using proper cannullation technique. Records patient's vital signs while on treatment.
On June 2015 I made a recommendation to the management to the potential opportunity of relocation, which they positively responded to in 2018. Meanwhile, On the same year on 2018 the management also decided to do a major renovation on my other clinic. As a result, I had the oppurtunity to address an important challenge and that is to keep 3 clinics running without any delay of treatments.
