The customer service industry is something I have been in for 4+ years and in a few different aspects. Especially with my time at Chick-fil-A and with my current employer (Chuze Fitness), I strive to provide the best experience possible to guests and members. As I grow in my leadership roles, I gain new abilities including managing a team, reviews, and various tasks that my position initials.
As an Assistant General Manager I help assist the team with day-to-day operations, cleaning around our facility, and tasks that are needing management's attention. These tasks include recruiting, creating schedules, monitoring our Listen 360's, training and development of my team, communicating updates/items to our team, follow up on maintenance request, and providing friendly customer service. At our location we offer Personal Training, therefore I work closely with our Fitness Director in offering Fit Starts (a way for new members to kick start of their fitness journey with us) to our members.
As a Fitness Consultant I would assist prospect members with memberships, sell items in our pro shop, make smoothies, and assist with various items on shift as a key holder.
At renegades I worked mostly as a bartender and server, but did work shifts in the kitchen expediting food out to our guests. When bartending I would assist with serving guests in the bar and around the restaurant, cleaning the area, stocking items, and checking out servers when closing.
During my time at Olive Garden I worked as a server/bartender and earned my position of Service Professional before my time there ended. Some tasks I would complete included serving guests, cleaning the restaurant, assist with running shifts, and help keep our team on track.
At Chick-fil-A I assisted with running the drive through, bagging/taking orders, walking around the dining room, and overall providing great customer service. When not working directly with the customers, tasks would include cleaning the restaurant (restroom, dining room, back area behind the counter, etc.) and ensuring items were stocked and in order for rushes/following shifts.
