Being the Lead Operator of the Big Spring transload terminal came with many different tasks. From loading trucks to dealing with purchase orders and everything in between. Running my own crew to the best of my ability by making sure they had the proper tools and equipment while maintaining the yard logistically was a nightly routine. Relaying information to and from Customer Service as well as the on-site/last mile sand coordinators and supervisors to confirm each well had what they needed when they needed was a day to day task for me. Some other duties include:

• Assigned tasks to team members based upon individual strengths and experience, realizing productivity and workflow improvements.
• Properly set up machines at beginning of each shift and verified function.
• Performed safety checks on machines and production equipment.
• Supported management decision-making by compiling operational and production data into daily logs.
