With beginning a retail career in Nashville, I have had the opportunity to set and enforce consistent standards to maintain essential store operations and meet performance targets. With a high-energy management style and dedicated attitude I specialize in relationship building, above and beyond customer service as well as building a team with driven results.
While originally starting as Assistant Manager my first two months I've had to step up and fill the role of acting store manager, since then I have been leading hiring, recruiting and development in the store while also carrying out essential store functions and focusing on promoting a friendly and captivating store. Some of my biggest responsibilities are developing customer service skills within my team, staying up to date in sales targets and current marketing, creating eye-catching displays, and working to progress our store's sales to meet our quarters.
As manager in our home office store my role looked a little different than others, while overseeing our store functions such as shipment, omni, sales, and team management , I was also responsible for testing new launches including an entire storefront rebrand, building connections with other companies and gaining insight on their products and traffic, as well as communicating regularly with our home office and district supervisor on sales, and new product launches.
As Lead supervisor I began developing my management skills and focused on building upon customer service and sales tactics, I was in charge of all sales floor interactions and acting as the bridge between brand reps and management.
