During my employment at Williamsburg National Golf Club, I used my cheerful and engaging approach to encourage excellent experiences while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, managing the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, detailing, and prepping for mass use. I also served guests with a cheerful, helpful approach to generate positive, memorable experiences, and I resolved guest issues or complaints and kept supervisors informed of rising situations. I also assisted customers by offering information and answering inquiries about the facilities, specials, events, and organizational structure. During my time at Wendy's, I operated the cash register, collected payments, and provided accurate change while also performing daily recovery tasks such as keeping areas clean and neat for maximum productivity, wiping down counters and workstations to remove debris and maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers in finding specific products, answering questions, and providing product advice. During my time on the Golf team, I gained a variety of skills, including how to manage the responsibilities of being a student-athlete while retaining good time management in order to perform successfully in both competitions and the classroom.
