  • Initially I had worked on a team tasked with operational maintenance and upkeep of ejection seats and oxygen systems in our aircraft
  • In doing so I had learned how to lead a team to accomplish tasks related to our mission
  • I kept our operations, jets, and pilots safe my entire career by providing leadership to my fellow sailors
  • This work had required that I learn a multitude of new skill such as fabrication of parts, including but not limited to, avionics, OBOGS(Onboard oxygen generating system), ejection seats, and most safety devices within the F18
  • I am well versed in people skills and easily make new connections
  • While in Japan I had made many connections across the country with individuals who bolstered my standing with my command
  • Such as the prime minister of Japan who frequently visited our base
  • In summary my skills, work, and effort are a cut above the rest and I have no intention of slowing down any time soon.
