Part-time
I developed the project "Sábado Entre Patas" in order to raise awareness among the youth of my city about the consumption of alcohol and drugs in young people who were in high school.
Looking at the statistics of the city, I could see that the percentage of alcoholism and drug addiction, as well as problems such as depression and eating problems increased in recent years. My person and the psychologist Laura Rocha decided to start and found this project "Sabado Entre Patas", which consisted of workshops, events, fairs, and sports days so that the population could come to clear the mind, eliminate stress, and also to provide them with the necessary help if someone needed psychological or other help.
The project was aimed at people of all ages, but we focused mainly on young people between 12-17 years of age, we were able to get not only the Municipality of Canchis but also the Regional Hospital of Sicuani to provide support in terms of psychological consultations, nutrition, among others. We worked together with the Peruvian National Police and Serenazgo to conduct awareness workshops on how drugs and alcohol affect our everyday lives, we also focused on sports and the benefits they bring when they are integrated into psychological therapies. We used sports such as dance, aerobics and calisthenics as mediators of improvement to young people who were in a state of depression and/or vulnerability. Thanks to Maximum Fitness Gym we were able to perform all these physical activities with certified teachers and trainers.
We saw an improvement in the rate of alcohol consumption and drug addiction in our city after only 3 months of having started this project.

Throughout my hospitality career, I have consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings, leveraging my strong interpersonal skills and bilingual proficiency to create exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, I have gained valuable social media experience, effectively utilizing various platforms to engage with audiences and promote brand awareness.
One of my most significant personal accomplishments was spearheading the "Sabado Entre Patas" project in Sicuani, my hometown. Through collaboration with the Municipal Government, we successfully organized initiatives aimed at preventing teenage drug and alcohol abuse. Working alongside the city's hospital, we provided psychological support to teenagers in need.
Furthermore, I developed and implemented a program that offered free weekend workout sessions to raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse. This initiative received recognition from the city's Mayor, as well as coverage from local radio and TV stations, highlighting our impactful activities.
These accomplishments reflect my commitment to community engagement, proactive problem-solving, and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
