HIGHLIGHTED PAST CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS

  • Indecent Exposure – (PA 2025-1185187) – This incident occurred when the victim arrived at the suspects residence for a Door Dash delivery. While interviewing the victim, she related the suspect had his genitals out of his shorts while she was on the porch with the delivery. The victim related she went back to her vehicle and observed the suspect standing at the edge of the porch with his genitals out a second time. The suspect was interviewed, and charges were filed.
  • Criminal Mischief - (PA 2025-106001) – The victim reported when she returned home, there was an arrow stuck in her house, next to the door. A neighborhood canvas was conducted revealing the next-door neighbor having cameras that reach the road. The arrow was removed and entered into evidence. The Pennsylvania Game Commission was contacted regarding the incident to assist with investigation in game laws. The PA Game Commission reconstructed the scene with the arrow from evidence, leading to where the arrow was shot from. This led to finding the actor and charges being filed by the Game Commission.
  • Theft – (PA 2023-1233842) – This incident occurred when the women’s shelter allowed a volunteer to assist at the shelter. The suspect was being accused of taking donated items from the garage and putting them in her vehicle. After reviewing surveillance footage, it showed the suspect “shopping” in the garage where the donated items were located. The suspect loaded her vehicle with numerous items, leaving with them. Through interview and interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime. The suspect was charged accordingly with felony charges.
  • CY104 – (PA 2023-400374) – This incident occurred when the juvenile victim was returned to his grandparents by the other grandparents and had two red marks on his face. Due to this incident, CYS was notified. I scheduled a forensic interview for the juvenile and siblings. Further interviews were scheduled with grandparents and completed. The case resulted in being unfounded.
  • Missing Person – (PA 2022-1406848) – The father of this incident thought his juvenile daughter got on the school bus in the morning for school. He received a text message from the school stating his daughter was not at school. While on scene, I began interviews with all persons present. The father related his daughter did not have a phone, but the sister provided me with a phone number. I contacted the phone provider and began having pings sent to my email. The pings showed in PSP Erie area. I contacted PSP to ask for assistance. I received a call from Walmart – Corry informing me an employee observed the female there. It was relayed the female got on a bus to go to a homeless shelter. I contacted PSP Erie and asked them to check Homeless Shelters within the phone ping area. I was able to obtain the bus registration plate from Walmart Surveillance. The juvenile female was located.
  • Small Amount/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – (PA 2021-207850) – A homeowner reported an unknown female outside his residence crying. I made contact with the female and conducted a pat down, removing a knife from her person, as well as her backpack which was open, revealing a clear glass bong in plain view. A search of the backpack was conducted, leading to a small amount of marijuana being found. Charges were filed.
