Feedback

Robert Ferguson, formerly CIO, MonaVie

I've had the privilege of working with Troy for over seven years. I have found him to be extremely talented and proficient in working in technical environments, defining solid processes, driving problem resolution and managing teams. His strong people skills and solution oriented attitude have allowed Troy to take on increasing levels of responsibility and manage complex challenges. Troy truly excels in building strong, trusting relationships and is often sought out as a mentor by team members and colleagues both inside and outside of IT. He is a go-to person who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right and on-time. His high level of personal integrity make Troy a trustworthy team member and leader. Troy is a true professional with a positive influence and has a way of getting the most from his teams on a daily basis. He has garnered high levels of respect from his team members, colleagues and associates. Troy is able to add value to every conversation and situation, whatever it may be. His ability to understand and summarize complex issues and then communicate clear objectives and goals to his teams are also some his greatest strengths. Troy would be an incredibly valuable asset to any team!

Scott Webster, formerly Director of Software Development, Xennsoft

When I was Director of Software Development at Xennsoft, Troy was my main contact with MonaVie. Troy was always great to work with even in trying and high stressed situations. Troy maintained a very broad understanding of the application suite he was supporting and was always very responsive when questions/issues came up. At times the business relationship between MonaVie and Xennsoft became strained because of executive decisions above both of our positions. However, even during those times, Troy did an outstanding job of looking out for MonaVie's best interest while working with us and his other vendors with respect. Troy's communication and people skills enabled working relationships to continue to thrive even during some of the most stressful contract times. I would recommend Troy for any management and/or Product Management position. His vision, insight, people, and communication skills would benefit any company.

Amanda Byrd, formerly Sr. Manager, IT Governance and Strategic Partnerships

Troy is quite simply one of my favorite IT leaders I've ever worked with. As a leader in the IT space, we worked together for a handful of years when I was in the recruiting space. He was spoken of very highly by both his leadership peers, and those employed to him. As an innovator in the space, I'd recommend Troy greatly to anyone considering him for an opportunity.
