After obtaining my Class A CDL, I applied for a regional trucking position within the company. After a stretch of their training procedures, I decided that the regional/otr trucking position was not suitable for my future and families needs.

• Trained new drivers on delivery protocols, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
• Resolved customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Loaded up HVAC equipment for delivery, along with forklift duties.

• After the route was completed, checked all the remaining product on the van and loaded up for the next day.

I had to take some months off for some planned and unplanned surgeries that were required.
