USACE Huntsville Contract W912DY-18-C-0059, JBSA ACP Assessment and Repairs. Project Manager - Scope of work for this project included performing assessment of existing active vehicle barrier systems installed at four separate gate/ACP entrances at JBSA (Randolph AFB and Lackland AFB). Assessment efforts included testing and visual inspections of the existing AVBs and related systems to determine functionality and identify parts/components that were non-functioning. Additionally, the overall layout of the ACP entrances were evaluated for compliance with DOD guidelines. All deficiencies were summarized in the individual assessment reports and submitted as Service orders to be approved by USACE and authorized for repairs. Repair and/or Replace-In-Kind work efforts were performed based on service order approvals and authorizations and were completed in late Mar 2020.
USACE FTW/Omaha Contract No. W9126G-18-F-0031, Water Quality, Septic System, Propane System Improvements, LPOE North Dakota (Various Sites)
- QC Manager - Scope included new installation of water treatment units, and plumbing/mechanical modifications to existing Land Port of Entry (LPOE) facilities located along US – Canadian border to improve water quality and distribution systems; installation of new propane and septic system components at two LPOE. Daily responsibilities included daily oversight of subcontractors and operators in installing new water treatment units and associated piping within the various LPOE facilities. Responsible for proper construction techniques and procedures were used following the US Army Corps of Engineers Resident Management System (RMS) program and 385-1-1.
- Ensured all materials and installation techniques met project specifications including inspections, conformance testing, monitoring, audits, corrective actions, daily documentation, submittals, initiating/developing pre-final walks/punch lists, and preparing/finalizing project closeout documentation.
- Daily activities included providing direction for various internal audits of quality control aspects for the project and conducting preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings for each construction phase of the project.
Other duties included daily inspections of the work being produced and/or materials and equipment delivered to the site, verification of the adherence to the site quality assurance plan and health/safety plan for our subcontractors, and preparation of daily QC inspection reports for the project manager when needed

Harris Corporation-NAVFACSATCOM Contract (W15P7T-09-D-H001), Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) – NW3 Construction Antenna Site Prep in Chesapeake, Virginia
- Project/QC Manager - Scope included construction of an antenna terminal foundation pad, communications trench, and condenser pad. The site prep services included design build and construction activities associated with installing a new antenna terminal concrete foundation and communications trench at the Northwest Naval SATCOM Facility located in Chesapeake, Virginia. The major activities included relocation of a propane tanks, new antenna pad construction, new trench construction, and new condenser pad construction.
- Daily QC responsibilities included being responsible for subcontractor oversight ensuring proper construction techniques and procedures were used following the contract documents and following and 385-1-1 requirements; Ensured all materials and installation techniques met project specifications including inspections, conformance testing, monitoring, and daily reporting.
Medical Facilities Renewal Contract (W912DY-16-C-0010), 59th Medical Group, Mechanical Repairs at Building 46, Altus AFB, TX
- Quality Control Manager, responsible for management of all QC items for this $5.4M project which included extensive renovation (repair/replacement) of major mechanical (AHUs, chillers, boilers), and plumbing systems (domestic and hot water lines, various pumps) in an active medical care facility located at Altus AFB, OK.
- Responsible for implementing proper construction techniques and procedures in accordance with the US Army Corps of Engineers quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program under 385-1-1 and project specifications.

Pad Evaluations at Worldwide Locations, Air Force Wideband Enterprise Terminal (AFWET) Program.
- Responsibilities included safety and scheduling, production management, and quality control (QC), as well as project supervision, and Client interaction for a mutli-year, worldwide contract.
- Maintained close coordination with the various trades that were required to complete this work.
- Also served as the primary liaison with the Client for the project. Project was completed on schedule and under budget with no Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) incidents or accidents.
- As alternate SHSO, my responsibilities included preparation of the site-specific APP and related (AHA) documents; Ensured proper safety techniques and procedures are followed according to the approved APP. Developed a safety communications program that included daily safety tailgate meetings, periodic safety refresher meetings, and a positive-reinforcement program for employee safety contributions. Additional SSO related duties included holding all daily safety tailgate meetings, completing safety inspections, determination of required PPE; communication of hazards to all on site personnel and documentation in compliance with OSHA requirements.
