Conducts research and analysis of foreign military forces, doctrine, training, exercises, operations, warfighting capabilities, and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production in support of NGIC’s Agile Analysis of Regional Threats (AART) contract. Exacting implementation of DoD intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools. Experienced in performing structured analytic techniques to apply qualitative and quantitative analytic methods.

• Programmed 4 tools in Python to effectively evaluate complex data sets for pattern recognition and trend forecasting.
• Processed over 2000 records for accuracy, and formatting.
• Supported 3 projects covering CENTCOM, EUCOM, and INDOPACOM.

Fused all-source intelligence with biographic and biometric data to identify and track individuals and networks. Assessed threat actors, their capabilities, objectives, and potential courses of action by analyzing identity attributes alongside contextual information. Evaluated adversarial biometric systems, managed the Department of Defense’s identity repository (I2AR), and contributed to policy documents advancing identity intelligence across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).

• Enhanced team performance by leading 24 training sessions on advanced analytical techniques and software applications.
• Taught over 90 new program analysts on advanced Boolean search syntax.
• Co-Presented Standardizing Search Language to Army G-2 and other agency partners at interagency workgroup.

In support of the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), provided comprehensive all-source support for structure and infrastructure-centric analysis. This involved identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities and collection opportunities. Collaborating within multi-intelligence fused teams, worked alongside other analysts specializing in IMINT, GIS, SIGINT, Culture and Language, and received TECH and Collection Management support. Responsibilities included researching both unclassified and classified databases to uncover foundational intelligence for written products, while ensuring synchronization with other specialty analysts to support lines intelligence analysis and production.

• Managed 2 databases for reference sourcing and quantifying activity on key facilities.
• Programmed 4 tools to automate routine tasks that met the standards of the Advanced Tradecraft team.
• Created 3 useful and timely foundational intelligence products to support field operations.

• Deployed to Kuwait for 7 months in to aid targeting, and information operations.
• Served as site lead for 4 personnel in Kuwait, and oversaw their redeployment to the U.S. During the COVID pandemic.
• Served as team lead to 8 personnel for OAW, ensuring processes were followed and validating analytical claims.
• Developed new practices for the OAW vetting process saving over 20,000 man-hours.
• Created and briefed 15 intelligence operations effects presentations to general officers.
