Summary
My whole career has been spent doing tool and die in one form or another, either building machines, jigs, fixtures and or dies. A majority of it has been spent in design, development, and troubleshooting of complex metal stampings. I understand what it takes to produce automotive stampings from design, build, PPAP, to production and the continuous improvements along the way.
I've served as team lead, on the apprenticeship board, care committee member, safety committee and apprentice trainer.
My plan for the future is to find a another company that cares about its employees and be a valued team member for many years.
