Troy Nemeth

I work primarily with round components for compound dies. I regularly use radius wheels and put heads on to round parts. I regularly use sin plates and angles for these parts as well. I hold tolerances up to .0005 with all of my jobs. All of my work currently is down with Parker majestic surface grinder.

Worked in two departments while i was employed at JV manufacturing. I was a press operator and ran several different compound dies on various size press machines. I was also a part of surface grinding department. In that department I ground steel and carbide components and followed job prints and held tolerances of plus or minus .00005 as well as build my own grinding set ups.

I worked and learned the basics of tool and die. Helped to keep the shop clean and running. I learned on wire EDM machines, Bridgeport milling machines, lathes, and Parker majestic surface grinder.
