Organizational Analysis: Lancaster Distilleries, 09/23, Conducted an organizational analysis applying models such as Five Forces, VRIN, SWOT analysis, and PESTEL, Interviewed owner, manager, and other stakeholders to learn more about the operations of a local business, Learned about the risk involved with opening multiple businesses at the same time, Made recommendations and presented findings

Good Organization Presentation: In this project my group members and I accumulated our understanding of the ins and outs of how organizations work. The purpose of this assignment was to help solve a grand challenge where we were given money to make an organization that helps solve one of the 17 Sustainable Development goals (SDG’s). From this, we created a coral reef system that would ultimately save coral reef life as well as replenish new coral reefs into the ocean to help make a more sustainable living space for animals.
