The main duties of my job are to inform customers about products ranging from tires, shocks, front end parts, brakes Ect. and install on vehicles, fill out paper work and complete billing transactions while being fast and efficient.
- Bay lead (Oversee other employees work performance)
- Order uncontrolled supplies and small tools
- Safety manager (Run safety meetings and discuss hazards)
- Mobile road side assistance (Drive service truck to remote locations or on road side for repair and installation of new product)
- Work on semi trucks or tractor tires and equipment
- Receive payments and complete card and cash transactions
- Provide advice and service over the phone
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Train new employees how to safely and correctly perform different types of work
- Make phone calls to order product from non direct suppliers
- Call other locations and shipping companies to transfer product
- Teach computer skills to build product codes for new and old product and to post an order or receive one
- Fill out paper work for customers that is clear and easy to understand.
