This was me working for a family member's owned cleaning business; it offered good work experience, as well as helped me develop my work ethic. The job consisted of working at varying businesses, including boat houses, churches, warehouses, and clubhouses.

• Swept, mopped and vacuumed floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Cleaned bathrooms, including toilets, sinks and mirrors.
• Vacuumed carpeted areas and mopped solid surfaces with proper chemical solutions.
• Removed trash bags, broke down boxes and placed recyclable materials in designated disposal areas.
• Emptied trash cans and disposed of waste materials properly.
• Stocked supplies such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
• Responded promptly to requests from customers or staff members.

My first job at 16 really helped me with learning and developing skills suited to my environment in a quick-paced work area.
