I have over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology and Cybersecurity sectors successfully managing large scale Infrastructure implementations and IT Security programs and initiatives that enable business growth and secure corporate assets. My core strength is the ability to rally business leaders and IT teams around mutually beneficial business and security goals. My teams and I have successfully implemented IT governance, security, compliance and monitoring controls that minimize risk and maximize value at many diverse companies. In the past 48 months I have worked side by side with many business leaders and security executives to develop successful risk strategies and implementation plans. My key strength is building success-oriented IT and Cybersecurity delivery teams that drive improvements and risk reduction initiatives in a positive and forward leaning, inclusive environment.   • Major Accomplishments in this role:
  • Took over responsibility from the “Get to Green” endpoint protection initiative to ensure 95% of McKesson’s desktop and server estate had an updated SentinelOne endpoint agent reporting to the console
  • Took over the program at approximately 70% complete and completed the final, most challenging implementations
  • Brought the total coverage to over 90% and handed off to the ESS for BAU management activities
  • Program Owner for Project Harmony in FY22
  • Leading 8 individual ISRM workstreams toward a common set of security implementation goals
  • As part of Project Harmony and Groundhog, implemented 70,000+ NA endpoint agents in less than 4 weeks to facilitate board directed scanning activities
  • This took an incredible amount of collaboration and mutual commitment on the part of our ISRM partners and individual IT teams with every business unit
  • As part of Project Harmony, lead our cross functional implementation teams to exceed our ISRM Board of Directors target of 95% of all P1 and P2 external facing applications were behind a Web Application Firewall and IP Sealed
  • This accomplishment took effort from the EU and NA business owners, IT Teams and implementation leaders
  • It was a true example of willing and effective collaboration at McKesson to secure our critical systems and protect our patients
