  • Responsible for planning and execution of all stewardship, donor relations, fundraising, and alumni programs, which include, but are not limited to, Annual Fund Campaign, Capital Campaigns which include cultivation and stewardship events, Community and Special Events which include Annual Golf Tournament, Gala, Alumni Board events and Reunion and Signatures Author Series events

  • Oversaw maintenance of donor records in School's Raisers' Edge database including processing of all gift income for purpose of providing receipts and stewardship responsibilities.
  • Contracted with prospect research companies to assist with designating lead donors to upcoming campaigns for solicitation purposes
  • Conferred with Board members, administration and volunteers when appropriate on implementation of upcoming campaigns, prospect cultivation, volunteer needs, special events, and alumni relations activities. Also initiated Board, volunteer, and faculty/staff education related to fundraising and alumni activities.
  • Continuously developed plans to increase constituent support of, and involvement in, the institution by creating a coordinated publications and printing program which effectively communicated with the various audiences(including the Alumni magazine).
  • Managed and established written Advancement policies and guidelines including Gift Acceptance Policies and staff job descriptions, responsibilities, and evaluations.
  • Oversaw the operational aspects of the Advancement Office by managing the Advancement staff to achieve yearly and long-range goals while encouraging individual growth
