  • I was also selected by Chief of Operations to be part of a select group tasked with rewriting the movement Administrative Directive for the department.
  • During COVID East Moline CC was labeled as a Pilot program for mass vaccinations. I developed the plan for the facility; vaccinating 1100 inmates and 300 staff members, in approximately 12 hours completing all necessary reports required and providing that information to the states medical group in Springfield. This plan was used as a template for all facilities within the Department of Corrections!
