started playing football in middle school as a middle line backer / running back and also played throughout high school in the same position.

stared weight lifting at the early age of ten my dad was my inspiration to start working out once i started it was a hole new world you can meet so many  people and gain new experiences .

started cooking for as long as i can remember with my grandmother and mom. My favorite dish to make is chili glazed salmon over rice .
