Key Responsibilities:
Administers the use of the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) by designing, monitoring, and configuring LMS and any related software; providing instructional technology related technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students to support success in distance education courses; and participating in planning, data analysis, and report writing to support program goals and improvement. orientations, induction ceremonies, Student Government Association (SGA) and/or Inter-Club Council (ICC) related events/activities, including reserving rooms, submitting work orders, catering requests, etc. Monitors and processes Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, transfer of funds, student worker timesheets, billing, and expenses; for departmental budget, confirms payment of chargebacks and keep records of expenditures. Prepares agendas, records minutes,
and familiar with Parliamentary Authority, Law, and Procedures to efficiently run meetings by proxy for SLDP Administrator. Coordinates plane, hotel, and car travel arrangements for conference attendance, moves documentation through approval processes (via Colleague).
