-Leads a 4-member team responsible for oversight of all weapons instructor cadre evaluations as well as student initial qualification evaluations at AETC’s Battle Management Operations FTU. -Responsible for instructing and evaluating battle management operations to 80 students per year on a $102M C2 system in support of the Control and Reporting Center Weapons Director courses.
-Member of the Wing Inspection Team, assists in augmenting the CC's inspection program.
-Managed project deadlines and administrative actions for 111 personnel while still maintaining my role as an AETC weapons Director instructor.
-Hand selected by our Director of Operations Lt Col Ryan Hutton for this position, as it allowed me to sharpen my skills and learn about various administrative actions and processes that go on every day within a squadron.
- Managed 910 equipment items valued at $25 million dollars, ensuring the unit was deployment ready at all times.
- Responsible for deconfliction of aircraft during multiple joint exercises, resulting in refined training for joint and allied partners.
- One of my main responsibilities was to share my tactical expertise amongst the TACP community, ensuring everyone had a solid understanding of what goes on behind the scenes in the C2 community.
-Responsible for the tactical control and management of US and ROK aircraft throughout South Korean airspace.
- Integrated with TAC C2, fighter, attack, and intel units to enhance Korean theater armistice and wartime readiness mission.
- Executed over 120 check in hours, 40 CAS missions, and 340 total sorties in a one year span.
- Monitored USCENTCOM data link architecture, fusing 250 tactical data links for 107 command and control units.
- In support of exercise Austere challenge for EUCOM, I oversaw 1200 tracks through 7 data links resulting in the training of 208 coalition personnel to be trained.
- Key player in support of the 20th fighter wing upgrade training by enhancing tactical line of sight by 200NM.
