1. Formulate T-shirt blown film line products.

2. Create special projects to troubleshoot with extrusion process

and film quality issues for T-shirt blown film.

3. Calibrate THE laboratory equipment and update it to ISO

documents.

4. Create initial standard operating conditions (SOCs) based on

formulation and line speeds for BOPP film.

5. Support production by establishing troubleshooting skills and

improve BOPP film quality.

6. Verify calibration log and maintenance of existing lab

equipment or purchase new equipment for BOPP films.

7. Review and study the FDA regulations for existing BOPP films.

8. Patent searches and update state and federal regulations to

support ISO and SQF programs.

9. Provide scientific analysis data review including Films: XPS,

ESCA, Microscope, Ash Test, QUV, Tear, Impact Strength;

Resins: DSC, Colorimeter, MW/MWD, Xylene soluble, OIT, and

etc.

10. Manage other related projects.
