Worked on the underground fault repair crew. Located, excavated, and spliced bad underground primary and secondary runs.

Went with other crews on storm calls replacing poles and downed wire during the several ice storms this winter.

Ran a four man crew at 1884 doing full system rebuilds with new steel poles and Hendrix conductor.

Worked with the General Foreman to coordinate outage scheduling as well as landscape clearing and matting for difficult access areas.

Was in charge of running the pulling machine while stringing ropes and conductor and coordinated with other several other crews who were watching midspan crossings and running the tensioner and wire side of the pull.

Was active in 1884's safety and quality programs receiving several commendations for most safety LSA's submitted as well as 100% completion of all quality checklists.

Ran a five man transmission crew on several different projects at Michels.

Worked in Walla Walla, Washington on a PP&L project replacing poles and conductor on a 69KV transmission line, with new framing for 115KV in town. These poles also had 7200/12470 voltage distribution underbuild on them.

Coordinated with the General Foreman and project manager on scheduling outages, ordering material, scheduling railroad crossing work, and repairing customer property after access.

Worked with the crew maintaining safety and production to have no unplanned outages or incidents. Instructed apprentices on safe work practices and using appropriate cover when setting poles with hot underbuild and transmission lines.

Coordinated with traffic control to safely haul up to 105' poles through town.

During the summer months with Michels I ran a five man crew on their 115KV BPA transmission job. My crew was in charge of the pulling side of the wire.

Coordinated with the superintendent, General Foreman, and operators to set up pulling sites. This job was summer only because of the difficult access and required rebuilding right of way access and landings at structure and pulling sites.

Worked with the lineman on my crew to teach them BPA's specific deadending and clipping requirements. Worked with the apprentices to teach them proper EPZ grounding for pulling sites as well as on hike in access only structures for clipping.

Installed and instructed linemen on proper latchway fall arrest construction for BPA's steel structures.

Coordinated with pilot and local wildfire crews when long lining in to place aerial bird diverters over river crossings.

Assisted organizing cleanup and shutdown of yard at end of job as well as inventory and return of excess BPA material.

Ran a two man crew doing PUC corrections. Other crew member was typically a brand new first step apprentice. Trained apprentices with no linework experience in basic rigging and safety aspects as well as material names and uses.

Occasionally filled in on the pole change out and cutout changeout crews doing backyard crane set poles and climbing work.

Became proficient at excel use on an ipad and laptop to take notes on corrections and inspections.

Communicated with other two man crews to schedule work that required a legal hot crew for primary repairs.

Ran a four man crew of all journeymen lineman doing primary repair tickets for GO95 wildfire hardening.

Coordinated with the General Foreman to schedule repairs and close out tickets. Also assisted with assessing new repair tickets for access, outages, required equipment, and crew size.

Worked on a lattice tower inspection crew climbing and inspecting energized towers from 69kv to 500kv.

Inspected and documented condition of lattice, insulators, conductor, tangent, and deadend hardware.

Worked on a five man crew doing overhead to underground conversions for new high rise building construction.

Pulled in, spliced, and terminated 1000kcmil primary conductor. Installed submersible transformers in transformer rooms of high rise building and built cable management supports for primary and secondary wire runs. Assisted in multi step switching plans to change normal opens and energize new primary wire.

Worked on multiple crews through apprentice rotations. Gaining experience on underground fault locating, transformer and pole replacement, installation of SCADA operated viper switches, worked on the trouble crew taking numerous call outs at all hours for emergency repair of power.

Completed my MSLCAT apprenticeship with excellent evaluation forms from journeymen and foremen and a 90% average on all book work.

Started my apprenticeship working for numerous crews on transmission jobs.

Ran backhoes, digger derricks, bucket trucks, cranes with man baskets, forklifts, dozers, track equipment and excavators.

Assisted in install and termination of 3000kcmil 345KV underground transmission cable.

Assisted with maintenance of the SRP's Black Mesa railroad. A 50KV electric train going from the coal mines to powerplant. Ran bucket and digger trucks with Hi-rail mounting to work on the tracks.

Worked in numerous substations, installing ground grid, building substation bus and jumpers, repairing SF6 gas breakers and filtering oil for substation power transformers.
