Brought in as a "Yard guy" in 2015, showed much interest and knowledge towards wakeboard/wakesurf boats. Brought up to sales position in 2018.

Prior to sales, work included:

• Picking up/delivering boats
• Towing with trucks/tractors
• Lake test boat equipment
• On water demos for sales representatives

Sales:

• On sales floor representative
• Maintained up to date knowledge on inventory; New & Used vessels
• Prepared boats for sales floor by pricing & cleaning.
• Engaged with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Delivered energetic responses to customers in-store and by telephone, going above and beyond to serve needs.

Founder of Stay Soaked LLC. We offer on water instructing for all water sports, captain services and more!

• Solo endeavor in 2018 that started as a side job.
• Built a strong customer base over the years to go from 2 clients to over 100.
• Managed day-to-day business operations as a solo team member till 2022 & able to start adding on employees.

• Instructed individual and group classes to customize needs and emphasize proper technique and safety.
• Developed and implemented new drills and activities to increase student engagement and growth.
• Maintained equipment, facilities and inventory to avoid accidents, mishaps, and damage.

• Taught students how to perform split leaps, back handsprings and other special techniques.
