Responsibilities

Management of jobsite when Supervisors are gone. Plan reading and problem solving, operating heavy equipment, and general labor.

Notable Projects

192nd and W Center RD - Installation of sanitary and storm water pipe. On-site responsibilities included pipe rigging, passing down sanitary pipe, cutting, and spotting.

204th and Blue Sage - Construction of a large Arch Culvert. On-site responsibilities included installation and removal of doka forms while suspended in harness. Vibrating and pouring concrete, guiding and building arch culvert pieces.

Lake Manawa Levee Project - Flood risk management project utilizing dredged sand to stabilize the local levee system. On site responsibilities included operating of Excavators, Fendt tractors, bulldozers, and maintenance of heavy equipment.

Elkhorn Center Paving Project - SID paving project. On site responsibilities included construction of formwork, pouring and finishing concrete for handwork and paving, backing up concrete trucks, planning and grading access roads for concrete trucks. Maintenance on gomaco and wirtgen paver. Setting up GPS for trimming, paving, and subgrade work. Operating road graders, dozers, smooth drum and sheeps foot rollers, excavators, front end loaders, and skid loaders for subgrade work. Quantity take off and ordering of concrete and asphalt.
