Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps
• Defines, owns, and continually assesses the solution vision, strategy, and roadmap and drives alignment across the organization’s digital products and services in collaboration with product strategy
• Makes decisions, in partnership with senior business leaders, on digital investments and priorities and develops business cases with partners
• Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap), aligned to how their respective solutions will deliver on the larger strategic program and/or product line outcomes
• Establishes goals and objectives for go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product launches to create marketing collateral, conduct product demonstrations, and drive adoption and awareness among target users
• Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs
Team Backlog Ownership, Epic Development, and Prioritization
• Oversees the end-to-end product development lifecycle of their respective solution area, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
• Leads their department in the identification of opportunities for product optimization, feature enhancements, and addressing user pain points
Trend Monitoring and Product Performance
• Defines and revises KPIs for their solution-level scorecard to highlight critical metrics, socialize progress, and consistently reinforces objectives
• Sets direction for status for OKR metrics, ETMM status, and Brilliant Basics through communication with Lead Directors
• Understands product health to inform roadmap and stakeholder updates. Key metrics include core Product Metrics (i.e., Visits, Success Rates, etc.), Technical Health (i.e., Site Speed, Crash Rate, API Performance, etc.), Customer Feedback (i.e., App Rating, Quantum Metric, Medallia, etc.) and/or other appropriate metrics
Product Value, Cross-Functional Teaming, and Stakeholder Management
• Collaborates with business partners to deeply understand their business strategies and outcomes their teams are driving to ensure business perspective is reflected and communicated to product teams
• Develops relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, executives, and internal teams, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational objectives.
• Sets the direction for discovery work, ensuring teams are focused on continuous exploration, understanding market and customer needs, and partnering with customer and user experience teams
• Interfaces and partners with Product Strategy leadership to communicate progress, insights, and risks across the business, specifically with key stakeholders
• Collaborates with other executive leaders within Product Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Design to sets direction for market and competitive research inclusive of identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes

• Provides solution level leadership and sets the direction for team growth and performance in collaboration with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Technology, and others
• Understands the hiring market to identify successful candidates with the unique blend of personality and skillset matches
• Champions strong product management and agile mindsets and values by actively communicating team wins and opportunities
• Establishes high performing teams by growing and coaching quality Lead Directors, Domain Owners, Team Product Leads and Analysts and defining team norms on how teams working on this Product operates (e.g., via 1:1s, actionable feedback, time investment in career development, focus on career growth)
• Responsible for promoting and setting a customer-centric culture where all teams understand the current performance of the product, opportunities areas and the north star vision, and are monitoring and proactively reacting to key product health metrics and communicating updates
