  • I wanted to preface this job with the fact that it was not a straightforward job, it wasn't just deli clerk that i worked there, i had worked as the main butcher at a point and working as the assistant butcher and the main butcher made up most of my time working there, however i had also branched out into the catering position of deliveries and banquet set ups, and when we had no deliveries i worked in the pizza shop below, and helped out with the kitchen and upstairs in the deli and butcher area where i could.
