To ensure that all the aircraft (inbound aircraft and outgoing aircraft) of an airline are fueled in a timely and efficient manner such that the fleet schedule requirements are met. An aircraft fueler is required to work against all the odds such as climbing ladders to reach high-level fueling caps to fuel aircraft, and even brave harsh weather conditions like rain or snow just to get the job done. However, they may sometimes be involved in defueling aircraft as and when is needed, for example, whenever there is excess fuel in the aircraft’s fuel tanks.
Duties such as frying, grilling, sautéing, steaming, and baking food to order for guests. Keeping inventory, restocking food bins, and cleaning work stations. Set the stage for service setting & clearing tables, assisting servers and attending to customers needs.
• Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation.
• De-box/unwrap cheese from original packaging.
• Weigh cheese when applicable.
• Manual Measurement and countdown of cheese needed for customer and order specs.
• Inspect/clean cheese.

• Keep line stocked with product to assure no down time.
• Operate cutters and lifting equipment.
• Load cheese into machines / onto equipment for further processing.
