I was transitioned into a banquet helper during the month of October. I then helped build buffets and other banquet events. I also worked them such as serving building and breaking down. I managed several task simultaneously during the shifts I had. I was serving members, directing temporary workers to the correct areas for better service, I also had to keep the buffet filled and stocked the whole time for a high success rate.
I was a busser at the place when I started. After roughly two weeks I was then promoted into becoming a server. I served at the place until the closure of the property, I was then moved over into our more fine dining restaurant and was one of few selected servers to be apart of our grand opening of The Porch. I’ve taken tables from one person all the way to twenty.
Maintained accurate records and information for jobs of flood victims and or water damaged areas. I would access the area and get the job signed, once signed I would begin to remove any affected wood, drywall, tile, cabinets, and carpet. After all affected areas were cleared I would then set up drying equipment. I would set up many fans, a few dehumidifiers depending on how big the area is. Then once everything is done I would photograph it all and write a report on it. Also after a day or so I would get sent back out and take moisture readings and document it all in a email. Once everything is dry I can remove equipment and close the job.
