Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy level coverages, analyze insurance needs, and suggest additions or modifications.

• Assist Management in developing marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.

• Process Insurance Proposals, Summaries of Insurance, Certificates of Insurance, Evidences of Property, Auto ID cards, State filing and form processing,
• Cross sell products to ensure accounts are rounded and sufficiently meet the clients needs, and to seek new business opportunities.
• Analyze new and existing business, identifying exposures, servicing, rating, quoting, and binding coverage on Personal, Commercial, and E & S Lines of business to include; Homeowner's, Auto, Marine, Inland Marine, Boat, Umbrella, Farm, Group Umbrella,Vacant/Renovation, and High Value Private Client Group policies. Daily communication with company Underwriters, Policy holders, and Company affiliates regarding billing, coverage, endorsements, new business, and claims servicing.
• Apply knowledge & understanding of coverage forms, rating plans and guidelines in the selection of pricing of individuals risks.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to help grow and maintain book of business.
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
• Inspect property, examining its general condition, type of construction, age, and other characteristics, to decide if it is a good insurance risk.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Answer calls from agents, third parties, and policy holders in response to inquiries on coverage, billing, claims and underwriting guidelines/assistance.
• Make adjustments/endorsements to policy information based on Personal Property and Casualty lines of business. • Bind/Issue coverage on Inland Marine, Homeowners, Personal Auto, Directors and Officers, Error and Omissions and Fiduciary lines of business.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate risk exposure through risk documentation
• Application, inspection reports, MVR, loss history, etc.), work within specific authority level to quote, accept, decline, modify & renew risk in accordance with accepted guidelines. • Apply knowledge & understanding of coverage forms, rating plans and guidelines in the selection and pricing of individuals risks.

Currently hold AIS, INS insurance designations, In the process of completing the PRC designation. Completed the Voyager high performance training program, designed for employees demonstrating high potential for roles in leadership, executives, and management. Interested in obtaining CISR and ARM designations in the near future.
