My Individual Contributions and Accomplishments

• I am currently an "acting" Senior Data Center Technician
• I have created documentation that has improved the DCT training process. Some of these documents are being used by the national CO+I training team
• I have contributed to large networking projects, such as the T2/AZNG/RNG and Fabric Card projects
• I have been awarded the following "Coin Awards" by my peers: "Growth Mindset", "Excellence in Safety", "Collaborative and Inclusive", and "Accountable and Adaptable"

• I managed inventory and client scheduling.
• I deployed, customized, diagnosed, and maintained consumer electronics across a 100-square-mile geographical region.
• I provided education and training to consumers on fundamental computer skills and a diverse range of software solutions.
