Operated 10-ton crane to transport bundles of pipe to Q&T plant, then managed quench and temper processes by adjusting temperature and other parameters to ensure proper tempering and quenching of pipe. Collected samples for lab analysis, interpreted results, and adjusted CY controlled yield recipes to achieve target results of 900°F for restricted yield of 800, ensuring material strength.

• As the wet plant operator I was responsible for the entire operations of the plant, which includes the front end loader operator myself and my ground hand and I’m responsible for making sure the plant stays running if it breaks down I have to call maintenance and then go help maintenance to insure the plant is up and running in a acceptable amount of time! As the plant operator we are responsible to make sure the house keeping is in order witch included running the skid steer to clean the concrete pad if there was to much sand buildup

I’m responsible for producing perfectly spec sand witch was a 40/140 mix every 4 hours I would go get in the manlift go 80 foot in the air and get a sample from the tower and run the sample off a math formula then I made all the adjustments to the plant based off the results such as adding water pressure or taking away water pressure from the hydros You don’t want the heavy rock mixed in the mesh so if the results were tooo high, I know the mesh is to heavy so you have to open the dumps at the bottom of the hydro to pull the heavy rock mesh to the bottom of the results were to low I know we have to much fine mesh in the mix so I would add more water pressure to the hydro to blow the ultra fine mesh out the top which in turn leaves you with a perfect 40/140 mesh
