  • I spent seven months facilitating training classes with learning leads Brian Ludlow among others, and to help upskill the rest of the TS function on the new Life Events Model, which has become the new standard for Transition Services.
  • Lead small group roleplays to help representatives practice how conversations with clients will flow while going through the Life Events Model.
  • Facilitating language labs to help representatives craft what they would like their conversations and questions to sound like when assisting clients.
  • Addressing initial concerns, questions, etc.
  • Sharing my experiences as a case manager in implementing the life events model.
  • Discussing my daily struggles with life events and what I did to overcome those challenges to help others who may be struggling with similar issues.
  • Meeting one-on-one with representatives to discuss their struggles with life events in general.
  • Follow-up meetings with the Transition Services Team to provide refreshers once training is completed. This allowed us to get a better understanding of what associates are finding most difficult to implement, and why.
  • Meeting with the Transition Services Team Leads to help provide feedback on what representatives seem to be struggling with the most, and why.
  • Offering best practices for call structure and when to start conversations based on the Life Events Model, an example would be when in the call would be a good time to start the Discover portion of the conversation.
