• Supported C-346 (Focus) IP Launch at Saline Ford/ACH, 08/01/12, Developed and implemented cast skin processing procedures adopted by Ford and outside suppliers. This led to a $2 million cost save within the first 12 months.
• Launched FN-145 Door Panel Program at Saline Ford/ACH, 08/01/11, Developed and executed cast skin and foam injection programs for the FN-145 (Lincoln Town Car) Door panel program, managing a complex setup and programming process.
