  • Currently contributing to the construction of a 285,000 sq. ft., five-story engineering facility with a penthouse for the Virginia Tech College of Engineering, with two GMP's combing just below 300 million. The project is constructed on rammed aggregate piers and features a reinforced concrete structure with post-tensioned beams, making it the largest capital construction project on campus.
  • I manage all document control, including submittals, RFIs, CCDs (Constructive Change Directions), and contract drawings / specifications.
  • I assist in subcontract creation
  • I facilitate communication between field teams, design teams, owners, and subcontractors to ensure structural integrity, schedule performance, and cost control.
