• Directed a Facilities Manager and a 20-person engineering, security, environmental services, and garage attendant team serving Benaroya Hall, the home of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.
• Reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for security, safety, emergency preparedness, compliance, signage, lighting, loading dock, parking garage, custodial, landscaping, event support, building operations, capital improvements and repair and maintenance.
• Led collaboration between the architect, engineering and the orchestra to complete a full replacement of the seating and floor covering in the 2,479 seat Taper Auditorium while maintaining the award winning acoustic properties of the original design and build.
