American Regent Project E - Pharmaceutical Campus ($240m+)

  • Project consists of 3 new buildings and a lab space build out which are getting constructed simultaneously within an operating pharmaceutical campus.
  • Directly manage 10+ unique project scopes of work
  • Conducted project buy out phase in tandem with PM including building scopes of work, bid leveling and working directly with procurement department for contract matters.
  • Manage specialty design assist SOWs including clean room systems, cold room storage, fire protection, heat tracing, and pallet storage racking systems.
  • Extensive daily RFI and Submittal management
  • Regularly coordinate with BIM team to resolve design clashes and field implementation issues.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of materials to site to align with construction schedule.
  • Daily communication with subcontractor PMs and OMs to ensure there is proper resource allocations to fit the project's needs.

Amgen - Bio Pharmaceutical Packaging Facility ($300m+)

  • Managed the interior construction of Amgen's first bio-pharmaceutical packaging facility in Ohio which included high tech clean room packaging lines, lab spaces, warehouse distribution area, offices, cafeteria and commercial kitchen.
  • Regularly helped lead coordination meetings amongst subcontractor foremen, superintendents and PMs to ensure alignment to project schedule, conformance to safety protocols, and establish lists of constraints to resolve.
  • Participated in weekly scheduling meetings to forecast work activities, address any changes or updates to the project schedule, and most importantly develop the critical path going forward to meet project milestone deadlines.
  • Facilitate daily pre-task planning huddles.
  • Oversight of RFIs, submittals, and SOWs to ensure proper field implementation.
  • Conducted QAQC walk-throughs with the client and A/E team.
  • One of a few punch-list managers tasked with ensuring items are completed in a timely manner. Assigned deadlines and distributed tasks to the responsible individuals.
  • Developed critical relationships with the AHJ, and local fire dept. through scheduling and coordinating construction and life safety inspections.
  • Maintained adherence to AHJ conditional occupancy agreements for owner phase usage of the facility while construction operations continued.
