Very passionate and health and fitness.

I believe that a healthy life leads to a happy life, and in todays world its easy to get distracted and not pay much attention to your overall  health. A bad diet and lazy lifestyle is very easy to fall into today. I lived that life style a few years ago and I was depressed and unhappy. But after changing my diet and pushing myself to be more active on a daily basis I lost 75lbs and was way happier. Im able to work harder than ever and be a real asset to everyone around me. Fitness is a big part of my life, and one way id like to give back to my community is by helping and showing people that it is possible to achieve a healthy lifestyle while having a busy work and personal life.
